A,In order to perfect our companys after service articles, ensure customers advantage. Definitude the advantage of my company and customers, we make promise for the guarantee as below and service for you when you need.
You can hold one year guarantee since the date that you purchase the productsr
1.should show the complete guarantee card(complete produce with guarantee card shows the purchase date and with cachet of vender) , without guarantee card ,you cannot hold the after service, If you need the after service you should send back the sample with the guarantee card to our service center.
2. there is no fray or damnification in the products crust or sticker .QC pass sticker is complete and not tear up.(ATTN :if anything damage we will take charge of the material)
3.never been open or any malfunction by artificial
ATTN:USB cable , earphone, charger , battery, and package all are not in guarantee
B. cannot hold the free service status:
After you buy the products from my company, below reasons my computer has right to refuse too offer the after service for you. You can choose the service that with charge
1 . to use the tablet PC in a wrong way without reading the user manual
2.repaired by the other people and bring on the damage
3.without availability warrant and guarantee card
4. the model number on the warranty card is different with the product
5.infect virus when using
6.damage by force majeure
7.blow up or creepage by wrong using.
8. over guarantee time service that more than one year
C. Obtain RMA (Return to Manufacturer Authorization) number from our company
1. We send you a RMA Request Form by Email upon request.
2. Please fill in all related items, like items number, failure symptom, purchase date and invoice number on RMA Request Form, E-mail or Fax back to us
3. Upon receiving the filled RMA Request Form, we will check the form and warranty period. A RMA number will be issued within 5 working days.

E. Not in service status
Malfunction belong to below status, cannot hold the after service even in the service time.
1. complete product or part of the machine is over guarantee time.
2. malfunction happen by the wrong using without user manual
3. Must I take charge of the service personnel to install the breakdown or the damage which, the repair, the change either the disassemblage creates.
F. How to send the defective product(s) to ShenZhen MingZhe Technology Co., Ltd ..
A). We doesnt accept any collect shipment. All RMA shipment must be prepaid
B). Dont make any shipment until having the Shipping Instruction from ShenZhen MingZhe Technology Co., Ltd. Please ask further advice from our Customer Service Dept. as bellow before you send out the defective products.
In order to repair the machine in a short time, please offer us the information about the malfunction of the machine. send this information together with the machine to our company.
G. Freight cost
Regarding the RMA freight ,the cost will charge half and half (when you send the RMA to us ,please pay the freight in your side , we will pay the freight cost when return )
